MONUM MARKS CONSTRUCTION START OF PROMENĀDES MĀJAS IN ĶENGARAGS
Developer and contractor MONUM buries a time capsule at Promenādes mājas, marking the active construction phase of two seven-storey near Daugavas promenāde in Ķengarags. The project delivers 160 apartments. Completion is planned for 2027.

TĒRBATAS DĀRZS MARKS TOPPING OUT OF FIRST BUILDING IN RĪGA CENTRE
Developer Estera Development celebrates the topping out of the first building at Tērbatas dārzs, a new quarter between Tērbatas and Krišjāņa Barona ielas. The project delivers six seven-storey buildings with 800 apartments and a 1 ha green courtyard. The first 152 apartments are due for handover this autumn.

LATVIJAS DZELZCEĻŠ LAUNCHES BATTERY TRAIN CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
Latvijas dzelzceļš begins implementing an BEMU battery train charging infrastructure at Sigulda, Līvāni, and Daugavpils stations, with Cēsis added if funding allows. The project enables zero-emission train operations on non-electrified routes and is co-funded under the EU 2021–2027 cohesion policy programme.

Construction starts on Kalnėnų Baltas lapas on Moravų gatvė in Vilnius—a four-phase A++ energy class development delivering over 520 apartments by 2031. The first phase of 136 units across two four-storey buildings is due in Q4 2027, with average prices at €3,400/m².
