Merito Partners acquires a 19th-century building at Palasta iela 3 for €2.58 million, with total development investment reaching €6.3 million. Following renovation, Tipogrāfu nams will offer 25 m² studios and 40 m² one-bedroom loft-style apartments for short and mid-term rental.

Developers Invego and Reterra secure a building permit for Miera Rezidences at Miera iela 75 in Rīga. Designed by Tectum architects, the complex delivers 172 energy-efficient apartments. Construction starts in 2026 in two phases.

BĒRNU SLIMNĪCA STARTS BUILDING HEALTHCARE ADVANCEMENT CENTRE
Construction begins at Bērnu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca on Vienības gatve in Rīga. The new Healthcare Advancement Center will focus on paediatric care, precision medicine, and education on child health care. A multi-story car park for visitors will also be built as part of the project.

TELLISKIVI TLN’S M-BUILDING GETS PERMIT FOR 20,000 M² DEVELOPMENT
Reconstruction of the M-building at Telliskivi TLN in Tallinn begins this summer following receipt of a construction permit. The project delivers over 13,000 m² of Class A office space alongside retail, wellness, and leisure functions. Inbank relocates its headquarters there, joined by a 2,000 m² spa centre. Completion is scheduled for 2028.

SEVEN DESIGN PROPOSALS FOR AB DAMBIS PUBLIC SPACE ON DISPLAY IN RĪGA
Seven architectural proposals for the future development of AB dambis are on display at Rīgas Rātsnama ground floor until 5 June. The winning concept ABČ was developed by RUUME arhitekti. The competition also aimed to integrate references to Latvia’s first president Jānis Čakste into the public space design.
