
Hang glider flight
A flight on a hang glider is a unique opportunity to enjoy magnificent bird’s-eye views of Riga under the guidance of an instructor. The adventure starts from water.
At the end of the flight, to commemorate the event, you will receive photos and videos made by a Go-Pro camera. For your comfort and safety, wear a long-sleeved jacket, trousers, and closed shoes.
Be sure to consult your family doctor about possible contraindications. Active leisure fans between the ages of 14 and 18 can fly only in the presence of their parents.

Flyboarding
Flyboarding is an exciting extreme sport that allows you to soar 12 meters above the water. Fly like Superman, swim like a dolphin, and emerge from the water faster than a rocket. The flyboard is easy and safe to use if you follow the safety precautions. If you’re worried about the difficulty then don’t: you can find balance in a couple of minutes.

Take the swimsuit out of your closet. You will be given a wetsuit on the spot.
The flight season over the water is from May to September. For safety reasons, the weight of the flyboarder should not exceed 110 kg.

ATV ride
Off-road, speed, excitement and endless expanses of nature — this is the real extreme of a quadrocycle ride. Before the trip you will be briefed and receive the necessary equipment: helmet, gloves, shoes and a suit.
You can conquer the four legged horse starting the age of 16 but unless you’re over 18 – permission from parents will be necessary.

Obstacle park
Tarzan Park in Sigulda has 9 tracks and more than 100 different obstacles at an altitude of up to 20 meters. There are different levels of difficulty of the tracks, so it will be interesting for both adults and children. Prepare for a serious test — you will have to sweat a lot to pass all the obstacles.
The park is located on the slopes of the Gauja Valley. Therefore each visitor receives an incredible gift — mesmerizing landscapes.
Be sure to bring comfortable clothes and shoes. Tarzan is open from May 1 to October 20.

Climbing class with an instructor
In the heart of Pardaugawa there is a cosy and comfortable park, and in this park there is a climbing tower Gandrs. The wall is 12 meters high with three different surfaces offering routes of varying complexity, and there are instructor services.
This is a great opportunity to relax and test yourself for both adults and children. Gandrs Climbing Tower is open from April to October. Don’t forget your sneakers.

Tricycle racing
Tricycles allow you to enjoy controlled lateral sliding without prior experience or special training. Wolftrike drift track is an ideal place to get positive emotions after a busy working day. You can also gather the whole family and enjoy a day off. Young riders taller than 125 cm are allowed.
Up to 10 people can compete on 3000 square meters of indoor track simultaneously. No need to take any special clothes — everyone will get them on the spot.

Cable wakeboarding
Wakeboarding is an incredibly exciting sport, where the adrenaline of water ski slalom, stunning acrobatics and impressive jumps come together. It looks like a mixture of speed snowboarding, skateboarding and endless surfing.
Cable Wake park Rīga is a modern structure built using the latest technologies. One of the features of the park is a 6 meters high earth moat surrounding the entire water area. Thanks to this “wall”, the atmosphere is always cozy and protected from the wind.

When visiting this wake park, it is recommended to wear swimming trunks or a swimsuit. The season lasts from May 15 to October 1.

Horse & Pony Riding
Horseback riding is the best vacation for those who are enthusiastic about animals. Fabulous horseback riding through the fields and picturesque forest will completely immerse you in the world of flora and fauna and fill you with the spirit of freedom.
At the same place there is a mini-zoo. You can see and feed raccoons, nutria, groundhogs, rabbits, ponies, horses, sheep and goats.

Windsurfing & Sup Surfing
Windsurfing is a water sport based on the art of controlling a small-sized lightweight board with a sail attached. Learning to use the power of nature to your advantage is not an easy task. But that makes it even more interesting.
And for those who prefer a more relaxing holiday, sup-surfing is suitable. It’s like surfing, only here the surfer stands (or sits) on the board, using a paddle for rowing. Rowing at a comfortable pace, looking at the beauty of nature, and getting sunbaths — a paradise delight.

Gymnastics on trampolines
The area of the Jump Space Park is 1,600 square meters. In addition to trampolines, there is a climbing wall and pools filled with foam.
Be sure to dress your child in comfortable clothes: a T-shirt and shorts or sweatpants.
Children under the age of 8 should be supervised by an adult. And children under 5 can only go on trampolines together with an adult.
