Located on Miera ielā 75, in one of Riga’s most sought-after urban districts, Miera Rezidences are a new residential development by Estonian developers Invego and Reterra. The project is currently in the 1st stage of sale, with total investments amounting to €40 million. Сonstruction is planned to start in 2026. The development is positioned in the premium comfort segment and targets buyers who value architectural quality and a well-considered urban environment.

The development is situated on Miera iela, within a culturally rich neighbourhood known for its creative atmosphere, numerous cafés, design shops and cultural venues. At the same time, the internal organisation of Miera Rezidences is clearly oriented towards privacy and everyday comfort for residents.

At the heart of the complex, the architects have designed a landscaped, car-free courtyard with greenery, children’s play areas and dedicated relaxation zones for adults. Ground-floor apartments benefit from terraces with direct access to the courtyard and private garden areas, creating a smooth transition between private and shared outdoor spaces. This approach balances the energy of the surrounding urban environment with a sense of calm and seclusion.

An underground car park is provided for residents, alongside designated storage areas for bicycles and prams. Each stairwell is equipped with a lift serving all floors, including the underground level with parking and individual storage rooms.

Layouts & Amenities

The visually expressive architectural volume of Miera Rezidences accommodates a wide range of apartment layouts, from compact units to spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments, with floor areas ranging from 38 to 101 m². In total, the development will offer 172 apartments, all designed with functional layouts that avoid unnecessary corridors and transitional spaces.

Ceiling heights range from 2,8 m in standard apartments to up to 4 m in selected units. Combined with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, this creates bright interiors with a strong sense of openness and generous natural light. All apartments are sold with full interior finishing, enabling a straightforward move-in process.

Each apartment includes either a balcony or a terrace. Ground-floor units feature terraces with private garden areas, while upper floors offer balconies or terraces carefully integrated into the building’s architectural language. The development also includes thoughtfully designed entrance lobbies and underground parking for residents. Underfloor heating and individual ventilation systems enhance everyday comfort and contribute to lower operating costs.

Energy Efficiency

The building meets energy efficiency class A standards. Heating and hot water supply are connected to the district heating network. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and individual ventilation systems, ensuring a stable indoor climate throughout the year while reducing utility costs. 

Apartments on the 5th to 7th floors are prepared for the installation of air-conditioning systems, with capacity adapted to the size of each apartment. Kitchen extractor hoods are vented separately to the roof, improving overall ventilation performance.

Infrastructure

Miera Rezidences benefit from a well-developed surrounding infrastructure, with cafés, shops and galleries located nearby. Despite a certain sense of distance from urban noise, the project is well connected to other parts of the city: the centre of Riga is easily accessible by tram, with very frequent connections and no traffic congestion, while the nearest tram stop is just a few minutes away. The city centre can also be reached in around 10 minutes by bike. 

In addition, the location is characterised by its proximity to Mežaparks, one of Riga’s most significant recreational areas. The area retains a noticeable sense of greenery and tranquillity — qualities particularly appreciated by families and residents seeking a balanced urban lifestyle.

The project is developed by Invego and Reterra, companies with extensive experience in delivering large-scale residential and commercial developments across several countries. The architectural concept was created by Tectum SIA, and the interior design solutions were developed by Studio Truus.
