The new building is located on the Kliversala peninsula next to the legendary round house River Breeze Residence, which we recently discussed in our article about the development of the Baltic coastal zones. In this text we tell you what we know about the new residential building.
Layouts and Amenities
Blue Marine has two underground and seven above ground floors and comprises 101 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom penthouses. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony, and many apartments have the option of incorporating a fireplace into the living space.
Storerooms and underground parking will help keep the Kiversala Quarter car-free. The common areas will also provide storage for strollers and bicycles.
Infrastructure
The new residential building on the left bank of the River Daugava is located on the territory where Latvia’s largest shipyard was located in the 19th century. The territory of the Kiversala peninsula has an area of almost 5 hectares and is now being actively integrated into the urban fabric of Riga.
The location on a promontory surrounded by the River Daugava makes Blue Marine an attractive place to live: there is already a comfortable promenade by the water, you can get to the city center on foot, and the road to the airport by car takes about 20 minutes.

Energy Efficiency
In accordance with the latest construction requirements, modern energy-efficient technical solutions have been implemented in the building. For example, all apartments have underfloor heating with the possibility of temperature control and individual accounting for heat consumption, as well as constant air exchange, which is provided by a centralized ventilation system with recuperation.
Suppliers of materials for finishing are leading European manufacturers, whose products meet modern environmental standards.

Prices per square meter range from €105,000 to €577,500.

The developer of the project is AО Pro Kapital Grupp, a company with 25 years of experience in the Baltic States. Pro Kapital is listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange and aims to develop large residential and business neighborhoods in the Baltic capitals.
