In terms of office space pricing, the Business Stadium offers a range of options to suit various needs. Rental prices for spaces start at €16.50 per m², depending on location and size.
For example, in the North East building, prices for spaces ranging from 500 to 875 m² hover around €17.50–€19.50 per m². Larger areas, such as those in the Central building, can go up to €24.00 per m². The project caters to diverse business needs, offering everything from smaller offices to expansive floor plans of up to 2,400 m² per floor.
