The seven-storey building was built in the traditions of Riga’s historical buildings of the early 20th century. The façade facing the street has a varied rhythm of window openings, bay windows and mansard roof structures. The interior façade is laconic: it creates a backdrop for a courtyard full of greenery and leisure activities.

The building has 100 flats and staircase and lift halls. The building can be accessed from the courtyard and car park. Each flat has a terrace or balcony.

The Pulkveza Brieza Street is located in the Ziemelsky district of Riga, on the south side of the Petersala—Andrejsala district. It is surrounded by the quiet centre of the city, and there is Vecriga within walking distance, which is a port area.

Prices

The flats are available from 38 m² to 203 m². Apartments range in price from €84,000 to €336,000.

A parking space costs €15,000 and a storage room costs €6,000. The flats are offered fully finished in warm colours.
