Park Alley

A modern residential area whose core value is people and human scale.

The main value of Park Alley is a person and human scale. The building’s smart infrastructure and location provide peace, security and time savings for its residents.

Layouts and Amenities

The seven-storey building was built in the traditions of Riga’s historical buildings of the early 20th century. The façade facing the street has a varied rhythm of window openings, bay windows and mansard roof structures. The interior façade is laconic: it creates a backdrop for a courtyard full of greenery and leisure activities.

The building has 100 flats and staircase and lift halls. The building can be accessed from the courtyard and car park. Each flat has a terrace or balcony.

The car park includes 86 standard parking spaces, 2 parking spaces for people with impaired mobility and 34 bicycle parking spaces.
