Trebū HOME

The apartment complex located in the Pļavnieki neighbourhood is one of the largest residential complexes in Riga. The project has been implemented since 2016. The fourth phase is currently under construction, with a total of about 25 buildings planned to be commissioned in ten years.

Six apartment blocks in the complex are now commissioned and completely sold out. In total, the Trebū HOME project will construct around 25 buildings with 1,400 flats and commercial premises over a ten-year period, with a total investment of EUR 150 million and a total built-up area of more than 145,000 m².

Layouts and Amenities

The residential complex consists of six-storey residential buildings, which form a comfortable environment with sufficient density but low height.

The main structures of the buildings—basements, slabs and columns—are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Each building is equipped with two lifts and has two entrances with access to both the territory and the landscaped courtyard. Trebū HOME has developed an inclusive environment on the territory of Trebū HOME: there is convenient access to entrances and flats for people with limited mobility—both for parents with prams and for people with limited mobility.

The pre-sale of flats in the houses of the fourth phase under construction is now underway: you can choose a suitable option from 59 new flats of different layouts. In total, 153 spacious two-, three- and four-bedroom flats with a total area of 11,455 m² will be ready in the three buildings of the fourth phase. All buildings in the fourth phase are currently under construction and are already more than half completed.

The flats in the Trebū HOME project will be available fully finished with quality materials and modern sanitary ware. Each flat will have a balcony and terraces on the ground floors. Buyers will be able to purchase storage space (in the basement of the building for each flat there is an individual storage room), as well as up to two parking spaces near the new houses or in the neighbouring and recently commissioned car park. Bike parking is also provided in the landscaped area near the houses.

Infrastructure

Trebū HOME is located in Riga, on the right bank of the River Daugava, in the quiet green neighbourhood of Plavnieki, between Lubānas iela, Salnas iela and Kupriču iela. The complex is a 20-minute drive from the centre.

Residents of Trebū HOME have access to developed infrastructure: public transport, schools, kindergartens and commercial facilities important for everyday life.

The territory inside the complex is being carefully developed: walking paths will be laid, benches for rest will be installed, and children’s playgrounds will be arranged. Trebū HOME used to have apple orchards on the territory of the Trebū HOME neighbourhood: the developer decided to preserve this tradition by leaving many old apple trees and planting new ones, so that spring blossoms become a distinctive feature of the territory. Additionally, an entire oak alley will be laid out.

For sports enthusiasts and fans of a healthy lifestyle, the territory will be equipped with areas for active recreation: sports grounds, outdoor fitness equipment and a basketball court.

Energy Efficiency

The complex has energy efficiency class A: modern technical solutions are used in the construction process, and the choice of materials is assessed for their energy efficiency to ensure that residents have low resource consumption and comfortable living in warm flats.

Prices

The flat buyers are offered two finishes—standard and premium. The price per square metre depends on the finishing class: from 1,625 euro/m² for standard to 2,785 euro/m² for premium.

For example, in the buildings of the fourth phase you can choose such flats:

  • studios with an area of 35 m²;
  • one-bedroom flats with an area of 40-52 m²;
  • three-room flats with an area of 67-82 m²;
  • four-room flats with an area of 80-95 m².

Project Team

The developer of the project is an experienced international property company AFI Europe and its Latvian subsidiary.

The Latvian bureau ARHIS ARHITEKTI, headed by Andris Kronbergs, as well as the Latvian bureau MARK arhitekti and the Israeli bureau ARC4G are responsible for the architecture.

Awards

The Trebū HOME project was awarded the Baltic Prix D’Excellence in 2016 in the Residential Complex category and in 2017 in the Life Style category.
