Merko mājas has started building the Pētersala residential quarter at Pētersalas iela 3 and 5. This project features four buildings—two restored historical structures and two modern additions—offering a total of 105 apartments. Prices starting at €136,000, scheduled for completion by summer 2028.

The architectural firm Vincents won first place in the interior design competition for the Rīga Radio and Television Station (RRTS) with their project XIX919. Tallinn has opened the nation’s largest ambulance support center in Lasnamäe to improve emergency response times. The 860 m2 facility accommodates ten crews and fifty staff members. It features specialized equipment maintenance, storage, and modern personnel areas.
