Residential buildings in Vidzemes priekšpilsēta are surrounded by linden trees. The developer positions it as a place where you can escape from the city noise and bustle.

The residential complex consists of two three-storey houses located opposite each other around the courtyard. There are 15 apartments in each building: two-, three- and four-room apartments. The apartments range in size from 44 m² to 86 m².

All apartments have panoramic windows. Apartments on the 3rd floor have high ceilings of up to 4 meters. Apartments on the first and third floors also have their own terraces, apartments on the 2nd floor and part of the apartments on the 3rd floor have their own balconies.

The apartments are delivered with interior finishing. In addition, Premium packages can be purchased to get higher class materials. The facades are finished with natural wood and plaster.

In the closed courtyard there will be a playground and a parking lot for bicycles. A parking space is provided for each apartment. Several charging points for electric cars are also planned on the territory.


In recent years, the Čiekurkalns neighborhood has been gradually developing. At the same time, it retains low-rise buildings, and its relative proximity to the center of Riga makes it possible to get away from noisy and busy areas without losing all the advantages of convenient urban life.

Energy Efficiency

The eco-friendly and sustainable technical solutions used in the construction of the houses will help the future owners to reduce their utility bills.

A geothermal ground source heat pump is used to heat and supply the houses with hot water, the operation of which is ensured by a power plant of monocrystalline solar panels located on the roofs. The solar panels provide up to 100% of the energy they need to produce heat.

The apartments will not need radiators: all of them are equipped with a system of warm floors, which will allow even distribution of heat without creating dust.

Effective heat exchange in each room will be provided by a modern ventilation system – a recuperation unit, which does not dry the air and provides uniform air exchange without losing energy to heat the incoming air.
